We identified an issue where some customers received a 422 error response with the detail field "sandbox" unknown parameter when calling the /v2/verify endpoint using the silent_auth workflow action between 2025-12-17 09:45 UTC and 2025-12-18 10:19 UTC.
This occurred because our Engineering team deployed a change aimed to deprecate the Silent-Auth sandbox usage. As a result, customers not identified to be using sandbox = false in their Verify workflow received a 422 error.
Our team rolled it back and this should be fixed. The incident is now resolved. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
