Our monitoring system has alerted us to a potential service issue with our platform. Between 17:21:21 and 17:21:22 UTC, Voice API calls got briefly affected in the US and EU Data Centers, and the issue has been resolved straight away.

Although it is not yet certain whether there is any customer impact, we are alerting customers immediately while our engineering teams investigated to resolve the issue.
