Monitoring

We have implemented a fix for the Vonage Cloud Runtime data loss issue. Our engineering team is currently working on restoring the date.

Only the EU region was affected, other regions were unimpacted.

We will continue to monitor the service during the next few hours and post updates should anything change.

Identified

We have identified a partial data loss for some customers who are using our Vonage Cloud Runtime service.

Our engineering team is working on restoring the lost data and will post further updates here.
