Between 11:00 and 13:00 (UTC) on the 11th June 2026, we will be performing planned maintenance for Redact API and Reports API.
During this maintenance, customers may experience some temporary issues.

SYNC Reports functionality may stop working for just 30-45 seconds.

ASYNC Reports functionality may be delayed and unavailable throughout the maintenance window. Some ASYNC requests may be lost.

Redact API may stop working throughout the whole upgrade process

Services and Tools: Redact API, Reports API, Customer Dashboard (Logs view), Voice-Inspector.
