Resolved

This problem has been resolved.

Customers using our US SMS API endpoints, and also customers sending 10DLC traffic from any endpoint, may have experienced outbound SMS delays between 2023-04-20 15:00 UTC and 2023-04-20 16:50 UTC.

All services have been restored.
Please let support@api.vonage.com know if you continue to experience problems with this.

Our monitoring has alerted us there is delays for all outbound SMS traffic.

If there is a customer impact, it is likely to be affecting the following products:
