Resolved

We can confirm this problem has been resolved, and all services have been restored.

The following services may have intermittently experienced issues creating and updating calls in the Sydney Data Center (ap-4) from 2025-Jan-24 01:58 UTC until 02:14 UTC:

Voice API
Conversation API
Programmable SIP

SIP Trunking and calls in other data centers have not been impacted.

Please let support@api.vonage.com know if you continue to experience problems with this.

A post-mortem will be published in the next few days.
