Our monitoring has alerted us to a potential service issue with template management as it relates to the Verify API. Some users may experience issues adding or updating templates. This is only affecting some users and not all users using verify products.
We are alerting customers immediately while our engineering team has identified the issue and we are currently working on the fix.
