Our engineering team have identified an issue that may have temporarily impacted Voice API and SIP Trunking calls.
The impact was primarily on calls to North America, but other destinations were also impacted.

At this time, Vonage services have been fully restored following today’s service interruption, which began at 2026-04-28 19:35:58 UTC.
Full resolution has been confirmed effective 2026-04-28 19:46:13 UTC.
