We identified an issue where some customers may have experienced subscription errors on the Customer Dashboard between 2025-07-31 09:15 UTC and 2025-07-31 09:59 UTC.
As a result, the "Your Numbers" page was returning 500 response codes during this time.

Our Engineering team identified the root cause and has implemented a fix. The incident is now resolved.
