One Server was in an unstable state in AP-SOUTH region from June 08th 16:20 UTC to June 08th 16:22 UTC. Some customers may have experienced failures with some ongoing media archives during this period if they run across these servers. The faulty instances were detected and removed from rotation. We have since implemented additional safeguards to help prevent similar issues from occurring. For any additional questions, please contact support at support@api.vonage.com
