To ensure the highest standards and availability of our services, Vonage is scheduling an emergency maintenance window on our SMS termination platform on the 14th November 2024 between 08:00 UTC to 11:00 UTC, which will impact Outbound SMS traffic, Inbound SMS traffic and delivery receipts towards multiple networks in Palestinian. The service outage will last no longer than 10 minutes.

During this maintenance period, there may be delays in delivering messages to subscribers of multiple networks in Palestinian.
