This issue now affects multiple networks. The supplier is working to restore normal delivery speeds as soon as possible.

Investigating

We have been notified by our US supplier about an issue impacting delivery for MMS messages from shortcodes to T-Mobile numbers. You might experience delayed MMS messages for US shortcodes sending to T-Mobile.

The supplier is aware of this issue and investigating the root cause. We will issue an update as soon as more information becomes available.
