Customers are currently experiencing problems impacting "Search for a Verify Request"
For some customers, the /search request endpoint is returning a 500 error, while the creation and execution of Verify requests are functioning properly.

The following services have been impacted from [2024-11-25 08:27] UTC:
Search for a Verify Request - Verify V1

Creation and execution of Verify requests have not been impacted.

We will update this status as soon as we have more information on this issue.
