Between 05:00 and 05:30 (UTC) on the 26th October 2022, one of our suppliers will be performing maintenance on their SMS platform.

During the maintenance window, you may experience SMS Inbound, Outbound and Delivery receipt delays for messages containing shortened URLs as well as issues accessing any URL previously shortened. In the unlikely event of a disruption to the service, messages will be queued by the carrier for delivery once the maintenance has been completed.
