Monitoring

This issue has been fixed and we are monitoring the results.

Customers may have experienced time-out responses and errors when sending outbound messages via Messages API
between 2024-04-30 15:24 UTC and 2024-04-30 15:40 UTC.

The list of services that were impacted has been confirmed as:
Messages API: Outbound messages via all channels (WhatsApp, Viber, SMS and Facebook Messenger)

We will continue to monitor the service during the next few hours and post updates should anything change.

Our monitoring system has alerted us to a potential service issue within our Messages API platform. Customers may experience timed-out responses and can see errors when sending Messages API requests. We are alerting customers immediately while our engineering teams investigate.
