Investigating

We have identified US Toll Free Number Throttling issues starting from 14:00:54 2023-11-16 UTC till 17:38:56 2023-11-16 UTC as some customers may have seen Error Code 88 or API Rejection Errors with message delivery failures.

A fix has been implemented.

We will continue to monitor the service during the next few hours and post updates should anything change.
