To ensure the highest standards and availability of our services, Vonage is scheduling an emergency internal planned maintenance window on our SMS termination platform. This will take place on 9th August 2025, from 21:00 UTC to 10th August 2025, 05:00 UTC, and may temporarily impact outbound SMS traffic, inbound SMS traffic, and delivery receipts to multiple networks in the following list of countries.
India Bangladesh Malaysia Kyrgyzstan Japan Pakistan Vietnam Philippines Sri Lanka Myanmar
The service disruption will last no longer than a few seconds.
