Resolved

We have identified an issue where some customers may have experienced delivery problems with SMS MTs. The issue lasted for less than 10 minutes, from 2025-03-31 8:02 UTC to 2025-03-31 8:12 UTC. The impact was limited to customers sending outbound SMS via the SMS API.

Our Engineering team has identified the root cause and implemented a fix. The incident is now resolved.
