Our monitoring system alerted us to a service issue with Media Connection.
Customers may have been experiencing problems impacting Media Connection in the US-EAST-1 region server from 2025-06-28T23:16 UTC until 2025-06-28T23:25 UTC.
There were networking problems on the server, and the affected server has since been taken out of rotation.
All services have been restored.
If you're still experiencing the issue, please create a new session, and it should be resolved.
