Between 22-July-2024 10:00 UTC and 22-July-2024 17:00 UTC we will be performing the upgrade of the WhatsApp On-Premises clients running in our infrastructure.

During this time customers may see increased delivery latency, up to 5 minutes, for messages sent via the WhatsApp channel if sent from On-Premises numbers.

There is no impact expected for WhatsApp Cloud API numbers or any other messaging channel.
