Monitoring

Our monitoring has alerted us to a potential service issue with our platform. At 16:09 UTC an archiving server in our standard environment in EU-WEST-1 restarted. Active archives on that server would have been truncated at that time. Traffic was immediately routed around the impacted server and further sessions would not have been impacted.

Video Archiving service(standard)

We will monitor for further occurrences.
