On 11 August 2026, between 05:15 and 10:00 UTC, our supplier will perform planned maintenance on their Silent Authentication platform. The impact in the EU region is expected between 06:30 - 07:20 UTC, and the impact in the US region is expected between 07:45 - 08:35 UTC

During this window, users may experience intermittent latency for Silent Authentication requests.
