The service issue with Messages API and SMS API has been resolved.

The following services were impacted from 20-04-2023 17:16:39.963 UTC until 2023-04-20 18:03:00 UTC.

All services have been restored.

Customer may experience delayed MMS DR and MO callbacks and imperfect routing for SMS US traffic
