To ensure the highest standards and availability of our services, Vonage is scheduling an internal planned maintenance window on our SMS termination platform. This will take place on 19th February 2026, from 15:00 UTC to 16:00 UTC, and may temporarily impact outbound SMS traffic, inbound SMS traffic, and delivery receipts to multiple networks in the following list of countries.

South Africa
Nigeria
Cameroon

The service disruption will last no longer than a few seconds.
