Monitoring

After investigation, it turned to be a DLR latency only, this issue now has recovered and DLR latency is back to normal, delivery of messages was not impacted and all messages were delivered on time.

Investigating

We are currently observing SMS delivery degradation towards France Bouygues networks resulting in delivery failure to messages sent using alpha senders and subset of Transactional and Promotional Short Codes towards Bouygues network.

We are working with our carrier partners to resolve the issue and will issue an update as soon as more information becomes available.
