The impacted server in US-WEST-2 datacenter is moved out of service. Session monitoring events for sessions held on the impacted server from 2023-09-19T16:35:28 UTC to 2023-09-19T22:08:02 UTC will be processed for delivery.
Our engineering team continues to monitor the impact.

Correction: Session monitoring events for sessions held on the impacted server from Sept 19 16:35 UTC to Sept 19 21:46 UTC were not delivered. Only those that happened after 21:46 UTC were delivered.

An enterprise server in US-WEST-2 datacenter is experiencing issues, which is impacting the delivery of session monitoring events for sessions held on the server.
Our engineering team is working on a fix.
