We have been notified by our supplier of an Outbound SMS degradation over a subset of short codes sending toward Mexico AT&T and Altan Redes numbers. You may experience delivery failures or delays sending from short codes to these networks.

We are working along with our partners to resolve the issue and will post an update as soon as more information becomes available.
