A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the result.

Newly linked 10DLC numbers that were provisioned between 2024-11-19 14:05 UTC and 2024-11-22 16:01 UTC couldn't send SMS 10DLC in that time frame.

Identified

We identified an issue with our 10DLC platform where newly linked 10DLC numbers cannot send SMS.

Our Engineering is now fixing this issue.

We aim to provide an update on our investigation within 1 hour.
