Between 2023-09-27 08:08 UTC until 2023-09-27 10:06 UTC, a subset of SMPP customers experienced missing or delayed delivery receipts. Message submission or delivery was not impacted.

Root Cause

This incident was caused by a bug in a software deployment.

Restoration Actions

We rolled back the problematic deployment.

We have already fixed the bug within the deployment

This incident has been resolved.
On 2023-09-27 between 07:08 and 09:06 UTC, some SMPP customers in all regions experienced delayed DLRs.

Monitoring

On 2023-09-27 between 07:08 and 09:06 UTC, some SMPP customers in the US experienced delayed DLRs.
A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the result.
