WhatsApp is currently experiencing a service issue.

Customers may experience an increase of undelivered messages for both Cloud API and on Premise since 07-19-2023 20:20 UTC.

We are alerting customers immediately while our engineering teams investigate.

We aim to provide an update on our investigation within 1 hour.
