This incident has been resolved.

Our Carrier partner has confirmed Inbound SMS sending towards Thailand Long Virtual Numbers will require pre-approval in order to have international reach.

Please kindly reach out to your Vonage Account Manager or support@api.vonage.com if you would like to receive Inbound SMS from other countries other than Thailand to your subscribed Thailand Long Virtual Numbers.

Investigating

We are currently observing Inbound SMS delivery degradation for messages sending towards a subset of our Thailand Long Virtual Numbers. You may experience failures or delays for Inbound SMS sending from other countries towards your subscribed Thailand Long Virtual Numbers. Inbound SMS sending from Thailand users are not impacted.

We are working along with our partners to resolve the issue and will post an update as soon as more information becomes available.
