Monitoring

A fix has been implemented for the MMS occurred issue between 17:40 and 18:30 UTC. We will continue to monitor the service during the next few hours and post updates should anything change.

Investigating

Our monitoring has alerted us there are some issues with sending MMS via the Messages API. Customers will be seeing undeliverable callbacks. We are alerting customers immediately while our engineering teams investigate. Start time: 2022-11-04T17:40:00.000+0000 UTC
