Incident Report for Vonage API Status

At 2024/08/21 13h:56 UTC, a transient server failure in our SA-EAST region has caused sessions and recordings to disconnect from that server. The node has been put out of rotation and new traffic has been diverted to other servers in that region. It was first detected at 13h:56 UTC and fully resolved at 2024/08/21 14:24 UTC.
