From 07 Feb 2024, 21:03:00 UTC until 21:16:00 UTC, users in our European data centers may have experienced delays in receiving Video API callbacks. The underlying issue has been fixed and no callbacks should be lost. No further delays are anticipated.

We will continue to monitor the service during the next few hours and post updates should anything change.
