Resolved

We have observed an issue with our platform where multipart SMS from some customers may not have been delivered correctly on the handset.

The following services were impacted from 03-May-2023 13:14 UTC until 04-May-2023 13:19 UTC.
SMS API
Messages API

We have identified the problem and resolved the issue.
All services have been restored.
Please let support@api.vonage.com know if you continue to experience problems with this.
