Resolved

The delayed inbound messages problem has been resolved.

The inbound Messages API traffic in the EU region was impacted from 30/08/2023 05:55 UTC until 30/08/2023 09:25 UTC.

Other services have not been impacted.

All services have been restored.

Please let support@api.vonage.com know if you continue to experience problems with this.

Monitoring

Our platform experienced an issue from 30/08/2023 05:55 UTC until 30/08/2023 09:25 where inbound traffic was delayed. A fix has already been implemented and the service was restored.

The list of services that were impacted have been confirmed as:

Messages API - Inbound traffic only

We will continue to monitor the service during the next few hours and post updates should anything change.
