Please be informed that there was service degradation for outbound calls towards Globe network affecting Philippines long virtual numbers. The average call duration was observed to be lower between 12 March 23:00 UTC to 13 March 03:45 UTC. It has recovered.

There was one-way audio issue. Our supplier has made some adjustments to recover the service.
