Investigating

We are currently investigating an issue affecting CDR (Call Detail Record) processing in the Ireland region. Customers using Vonage API services in the Ireland (EU-West-1) region may experience delays in call and message detail records appearing in their dashboards or reporting systems.

We are actively investigating the root cause and will provide an update as soon as more information is available.
