To ensure the highest standards and availability of our services, Vonage is scheduling an internal planned maintenance window on our SMS termination platform. This will take place on 16th September 2025 between 16:00 UTC to 19:00 UTC, this may temporarily impact outbound SMS traffic, inbound SMS traffic, and delivery receipts to multiple networks in the following list of countries.

Japan
Malaysia
Indonesia
Nepal
Cambodia

The service disruption will last no longer than a few seconds.
