Our monitoring system alerted us to a service issue with Media Connection.

Customers may have experienced problems impacting Media Connection in the US-EAST-1 region server from 2026-01-09T00:48:10.000UTC until 2026-01-09T00:48:25.000UTC

There were networking problems on the server, and the affected server has since been taken out of rotation. All services have been restored.
