Dropped Voice calls in One of US Data Centers

Our monitoring has alerted us that there was an issue on one of the US Data centers (DAL) that impacted Voice calls on July 18th, 2022 at 20:34:24 GMT GMT which resulted in voice calls being dropped. The impact was minimum to a total of 158 calls and got resolved immediately.
We are alerting customers in case they were impacted. However, the issue has been resolved now.
