The issue with Voice call failures in Europe region has recovered now.

Customers might have seen failures when placing Voice calls.

The list of services that were impacted have been confirmed as:
Programmable SIP, SIP Trunking, VAPI(connect NCCO action)

We will continue to monitor the service during the next few hours and post updates should anything change.
