To ensure the highest standards and availability of our services, Vonage is scheduling an internal maintenance window on our SMS termination platform on the 19th January 2026 between 09:00 UTC to 09:30 UTC, which will impact Outbound SMS traffic, Inbound SMS traffic and delivery receipts towards multiple networks in the USA. The service outage will last no longer than 10 minutes.

During this maintenance period, there may be delays in delivering messages to subscribers of multiple networks in the USA.
