Philippines Voice - Degradation towards Globe network affecting long virtual numbers

Please be informed that there was service degradation for outbound calls from a subset of Philippines long virtual numbers to Globe network during 03:32 to 05:21 UTC on 12 Aug 2025.

This has recovered. It was caused by a SIP trunk issue between our partner carrier and Globe network.
