Investigating

We are observing SMS degradation impacting messages sent using a subset of Short Codes towards Canadian networks.

As a result of this issue, inbound/outbound messages and delivery receipts via subset of our Short Code numbers may be delayed. We will issue an update as soon as more information becomes available.
