Monitoring

A fix has been implemented and traffic should be flowing normally now. We will be monitoring for the next while to confirm there aren't further issues.

Investigating

Customers using our Asian data centers will see issues with completing calls. We are investigating this issue and working to implement a fix soon. We'll provide updates to inform once the issue has been identified and corrected.
