Investigating

We have been notified by our US supplier about an issue impacting MMS over a subset of shortcodes towards the T-Mobile network. You might experience missing or delayed MTs, MOs, or delivery receipts for MMS.

The carrier is aware of this issue and is investigating the root cause. We will issue an update as soon as more information becomes available.
