Monitoring

We have implemented a fix for the service issues that affected Messages API products. Customers using our Messages API may have experienced missing status callbacks between 03-10-2024 12:15 UTC and 03-10-2024 12:40 UTC.

Actual Message delivery and Inbound callbacks were not impacted.

We will continue to monitor the service during the next few hours and post updates should anything change.
