A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.

From 18:55 UTC to 19:35 UTC customers using Messenger and WhatsApp on Messages API may have seen an increase in rejected/undeliverable callbacks.

Our monitoring has alerted us to a potential service issue with our Messages API platform. From 18:55 UTC customers using Messenger and WhatsApp on Messages API might see an increase in rejected/undeliverable callbacks.
