Our monitoring has alerted us to an issue impacting messages API. The service interruption happened between 29-Aug-2023 15:23 UTC and 29-Aug-2023 15:36 UTC where some customers might have faced outbound messages failure for Whatsapp Cloud API.

If there is a customer impact, it is likely to be affecting the following products:
Whatsapp Cloud API

The issue has been resolved now. We will continue to monitor the service during the next few hours and post updates should anything change.
